Men's health box

I’ve always loved the concept of mail or waiting something special or important arrive to my home. With the rise of online subscription services like Amazon and Netflix, I believe receiving mail will soon be obsolete.

Recently, I received my Men’s Health box. This box arrives to my doorstep quarterly and keeps me up to date on all the latest fitness, fashion and grooming trends. My favorite products out of the mix were the LAFCO soap and the Clinique SPF 21 moisturizer.  The soap smells great and feels refreshing each time I use it. The Clinique product is important because SPF should be applied each and every day. SPF blocks UVB rays from the sun that cause skin cancer. It’s important to invest in a sunscreen that has at least SPF 15 or SPF 30.
