A comfortable gray sweater is a staple for every man’s closet. The Stewart James one I am sporting works well for a summer day out by the water and is a great layering piece as the weather starts to get cooler in the fall. To live up to the brand’s nautical, all-American aesthetic, I paired it with some other American classics like this pair of slim fitting shorts I bought from J.Crew and a pair of blue gold cup boat shoes from Sperry Topsider. I like my shorts to cut right above the knee and would suggest between a 7-9 inch inseam, otherwise they look too short or too baggy. The boat shoe is comfortable, affordable, and stylish to wear in the warmer months. They come in a variety of colors and styles and I highly suggest you buy them from the original creator. Finally to finish off the look I added my Timex Weekender for a simple flash that works with formal and non formal clothing. It’s always great to rock quality American brands like Stewart James. Great story and a great product I’ll be wearing for the years to come.
