  • How long did it take brand to launch?

  • Naturally Serious launched in August 2018 after about two years of research and development. 

  • How did you come up with the idea for Naturally Serious?

  • Consumers are showing great interest and need for a more sustainable lifestyle, and this also means ensuring that their beauty products are fitting into this emerging category while still expecting and achieving great results. We wanted to create a brand that was not only efficacious and made up of cleanly made and ethically developed formulations, but one that also translates that same message through our packaging. Clean for us, is quite intense. So when we branched out to create an even cleaner line, Naturally Serious, it meant creating non-toxic products that are made ethically, with environmental protection stemming to UV rays, pollution, and free radical damage, and with an ever-evolving list of B.A.D. (Bad, Ambiguous, Debatable) ingredients linked from harmful health effects to plain-old skin irritation. To us, clean skincare means not compromising from the ground up and in that same breath, still making effective products—from the ingredients in our formulas, to the eco-friendly packaging they are placed in. 

  • How do you separate yourself from an overwhelming market?

  • Many products that claim to be clean and conscious actually have unwanted ingredients and questionable brand philosophies. We believe Naturally Serious is the most clean brand, and each product is infused with our patented-Anti-Pollution Blend of 6 anti-oxidants, which is clinically tested to help combat visible signs of aging from environmental damage. Also by conducting clinically measured studies and consumer perception surveys, we ensure our products are not only safe, but also seriously effective at an accessible price point and with 100% recyclable, reusable or compostable packaging!

  • What are your plans for the audience? Any new product launches in the works?

  • We are very excited to launch Naturally Serious on Target.com on October 4!
